2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No.146 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30 (a) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Earlier, vide order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.71240 of 2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

4. The petitioner has now filed this second application for bail.

5. Having gone through the submissions of the parties and on perusal of the bail application and in view of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another reported in 2021 SCC On-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24513 of 2024(2) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 line SC 176, this second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. It is accordingly, dismissed.
