To direct the respondents particularly the State Government and the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation to implement the State Cabinet's decision dated 3.1.2023 (Annexure P/1) with respect to agenda no.10 under which the State Government took certain decisions on procurement of Fortified Rice from Rice Millers.

To direct the Managing Director of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited to fix the per quintal rate for Fortified Kernel Rice (FRK) for the year 2024 for private FRK manufacturers as done in the year 2023 under order dated 4.1.2023 contained under Memo No. 133 (Annexure P/2).

c. To direct the respondents to consider and dispose off the pending representation dated 11.12.2023 as contained under Annexure P/4."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, i.e. the Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed before the respondent no.3, within a period of two weeks from today, he shall consider and dispose off the same, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in
