Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR named accused are suspected to have committed murder of the son of the informant. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. However, name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of FIR named accused Deepak Ram. Deepak Ram has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6115 of 2016 vide Annexure-2.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39350 of 2016 (6) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Bettiah (West Champaran)/successor Court in connection with Nautan Police Station Case No. 314 of 2015.
