Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 459 of 2014 registered for the offence under section 323, 420, 406, 494, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present complaint has been lodged after long delay without any exaplanation. There is no agreement on the record. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the parties, let petitioner, above named, in

No.24545 of 2017 (3) dt.21-08-2017 the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 459 of 2014.
