The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 176/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victims boy was recovered on the same day and it is a case of love affairs. Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in
