The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saksohra P.S. Case No.35 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

It is alleged in written statement that 18 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has a clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid , the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74170 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Saksohra P.S. Case No.35 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) sanjeev/- U T
