The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belone) P.S. Case No. 88/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the victim girl has appeared herself before the Magistrate and in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., stated that she had left the house on her own sweetwill and the petitioner did not entice her. In view of the submissions as above, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
