2. The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 20.09.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55335 of 2023, whereby while allowing anticipatory bail to the petitioners condition has been imposed that the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners.

3. It is submitted that all the family members of the petitioners have been made accused in this case and other family members are not willing to become a bailor in this case.

4. It is next submitted that there is a typographical error in the bail petition, as the father's name of petitioners no.1 and 2 respectively was wrongly incorporated in the petition itself, and the same mistake committed in the order dated 20.09.2023.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the father's name of petitioners no.1 and 2 be read as late Raghunandan Kuwar in the order dated 20.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55335 of 2023.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 20.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55335 of 2023 is modified to the extent mentioned hereinabove.

7. The period of surrender and furnishing bail bond is extended for a further period of two weeks from today.

8. The present modification application stands allowed.
