1. No one appears for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.
2. The petitioners have filed the instant application for
Patna High Court CWJC No.16763 of 2015(3) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the office order containing memo no.967 dated 20.07.2015 issued under the signature of Regional Deputy Director Education, Munger Division, Munger whereby on totally misinterpretation of law upon a frivolous complain without following the principal of natural justice pursuant to the direction given by the Regional Deputy Director Education, Munger Division, Munger promotion granted to the petitioner by the District Education Officer, Begusarai has been declared as irregular and invalid and for issuance of consequential writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents particularly the Respondents No.
5 not to give effect to the impugned order and not interfere in the validly/legally granted promotion to the petitioners and/or for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ direction for which the petitioner may be found legally entitled to under the facts and circumstances stated herein under."
3. No one had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 2.1.2024 also.
