Petitioner apprehends arrest in Complaint Case No 1270C of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 504 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dian Act.
It is submitted that from perusal of the First Information Report, it would be evident that allegation of disrobing the complainant is not against the instant petitioner but against Bhukhan Yadav. It is further submitted that all other allegations are omnibus and the other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by the Court below, as is apparent from the impugned order. It is also submitted that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24224 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No 1270C of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
