This writ application has been filed for following reliefs:- "(i) To issue direction upon Respondents to pay salary/arrear of salary of the petitioner from 10-11- 2014 to 29-11-2015 after sanctioning the admissible leave taken during the period by the petitioner including Maternity, Medical and other leaves.

(ii) To issue Direction upon Respondents to revise the pay of the petitioner in accordance with the Resolution no.8/2013 dated-21-6-2017 issued under Memo no.1632 dated-21-6-2017 of the petitioner at par with similarly

(iii) To issue Direction upon Respondents no. 7 & other erring officials involved in deliberately delaying the matter in DEO Office, for grant of compensation of Rs. 50,000/- for causing mental pain and agony on account of negligence by not releasing the necessary benefit after a period of more than 8 years & also for litigation cost etc. (iv) To issue Direction upon the Respondent no. 4 & 5 to fix responsibility against official who deliberately delayed this issue."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner has already filed representation before concerned respondent n. 6 (Annexure - 11), but till date, no order has been passed on said representation and as such, he requests for disposal of the writ petition with direction to concerned respondent to pass order on the representation filed by the petitioner.

4. In view of limited prayer made on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no. 6 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner (Annexure - 11) in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order.
