2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 285, 286, 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of accidental fire on the day of Diwali, in which, 17 persons sustained burn injury and out of them, one person succumbed to his injury. Several shops were also damaged in the said occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is himself a victim of the alleged occurrence. His entire shop was burnt and destroyed due to said outbreak of fire. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 31.12.2023. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IX, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 276 of 2023.
