The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.60 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under sections 111, 308, 317, 305(e) and 336 of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner has been found to be involved in illegal mining causing great loss to the State exchequer. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2026. He is accused in twenty more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is accused in twenty more criminal cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21815 of 2026(2) dt.07-04-2026 2/2 Accordingly, this application is dismissed. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. 6.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the observations made by this Court is only for the purpose of deciding this bail application.
