JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "I. To issue an order / orders, direction/directions, writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents concerned to do needful with regard to the construction of Waste Processing Unit (WPU) under Solid Liquid Waste Management PartII (SLWM) under the scheme of Mahatma Gandhi Manrega, being Central Govt. scheme, in the village Gram Panchayat Raj. Chautham, District- Khagaria pertaining to Khata No.496, Khesra No.2339, Tauzi No.6069. The said scheme is said to be under supervision of the Respondent No.3 and 5.

II. To order / orders, direction/directions, writ/ writs

Patna High Court CWJC No.5462 of 2023(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents concerned to take appropriate action in removing the encroachment of approaching road, leading to the said Wast Processing Unit (WPU), which has been encroached, despite the fact that the measurement of the aforesaid road was already made by the respondents concerned."

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, as aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Khagaria to ensure that the aforesaid waste processing unit is made operational, in case the scheme with regard to the same has been sanctioned, within a period of four months, from today.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
