Petitioner seeks bail in Roh P.S. Case No.91 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one country made pistol with one loaded cartridges was found from left side of waist of the petitioner and one fired cartridge from right pocket of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2018.

Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74659 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Nawada, in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.91 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
