2. The petitioners are in custody registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, tone stolen motorcycle, mobile and live cartridges etc. were recovered from the accused persons in Rainbow field.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the petitioners are in custody since 04.06.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the first information report and impugned order dated 15.02.2024, it appears that one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from petitioner no.1 and four live cartridges were recovered from possession of petitioner no.2 and similarly situated co-accused has been grated bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22960 of 2024 so considering all aspects of the material, I am inclined to granted bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.586 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Praful Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Civil Court, Patna Sadar/concerned Court.
