JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.1.2014, the Director of Agriculture, Bihar, Patna has passed an order dated 14.8.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioners has attempted to persuade this Court that the said order dated 14.8.2014 has not been passed in accordance with law and is otherwise illegal. I have perused the order dated 14.8.2014. In a contempt jurisdiction, this Court cannot go into the correctness or otherwise of the said order. I am not inclined to proceed with the present contempt proceeding any further in view of the order dated 14.8.

2014 having been passed in compliance of the Court's order dated 13.1.2014 passed in CWJC No. 5235 of 2007, violation of which has been complained of in the present contempt proceeding. The contempt application is accordingly, dismissed.
