1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 10.2.2022 passed by the respondent District Magistrate Nalanda as contained in his Memo No. 387 dated 10.2.2022 Whereby and where under respondent District Magistrate has been pleased to cancel the selection of petitioner as Vikas Mitra who was selected as Vikas Mitra in Gram Panchayat Dumrawan.
(ii) Further for direction to the respondent authority to reinstate the petitioner as Vikas Mitra in Dumrawan from Panchayat, Under Biharsharif block, District Nalanda and pay the entire
Patna High Court CWJC No.6368 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 consequential benefit."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
