The petitioner is in custody in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014 for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 02.05.2015.
Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014. Subject to the condition that petitioner will exchange full cooperation in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80588 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 the Trial and in the event he is found absent and caused delay in the conduct of trial, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
