The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kargahar (Barahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 320 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 347, 348, 307, 504, 506 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, due to previous enmity all twelve named accused persons came to the house of the informant and started assaulting him.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that all the injuries are simple and there is previous land dispute between the parties. He has submitted further that on similar footing co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23705 of 2022. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram Rohtas in connection with Kargahar (Barahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 320 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid
