In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2020/N.D.P.S. Case No. 08 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act The police intercepted the petitioner, Indal Paswan who divulged the name of other accused persons/associates, Bittu Kumar and Chhotu Kumar who fled away from there. The police has recovered 1 Kg of Ganja.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, for the present, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the
