The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No. 44 of 2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 464, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are members of Panchayat Samiti, Pipra and only because he had successfully contested and had been elected that he and his brothers have been made accused in this case without any cogent material against them. It is further submitted that in the report, which was filed, the official authorities were considered and held responsible, but the petitioners have been roped in without valid reason. Considering the aforementioned submissions and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48036 of 2014 (2) dt.15-04-2015 facts that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 44 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
