1. The petitioner has filed instant application for the following relief/s:- "(i) For issuance of writ in nature of writ of mandamus commanding upon the respondent authorities to issue appointment letter to the petitioner allotting the concerned primary school in district of Bhopur since the name of the petitioner was figured at serial No. 13498 in final merit list and the candidates who have lower marks and was placed in lower position in the merit list than that of the petitioner in merit list had been appointed in various primary
Patna High Court CWJC No.15182 of 2015(4) dt.06-02-2024 2/3 schools as per direction issued on 09.12.2009 by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Contempt Petition (Civil) No. 297 of 2007 in Special Leave Petition (C) No. 28882 of 2004 as according to Roster as the candidature of the petitioner had been prepared by Staff Selection Commission Patna (Bihar).
(ii) For issuance of writ in nature of writ of mandamus commanding upon the respondents authorities to allot the school to the petitioner forthwith in the primary school as per the merit list prepared by Education Department and be allotted in the Bhojpur District to the petitioner after receiving recommendation from the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna as per direction issued by Hon'ble Apex Court in contempt petition (Civil) No. 297 of 2007 and Special Leave Petition (C) 22882 of 2004.
(iii) For that the petitioner appeared on 23.01.2012 for counseling for appointment on the post of Physical Teacher in District Bhojpur but till date school has not been allotted to her without any reason.
(iv) For issuance of direction to the respondent to pay arrears of the pay and seniority to the petitioner treating the date of joining in the year 2012 since there is no fault on the part of the petitioner.
(v) For issuance of any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case of the petitioner."
2. After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
