In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 4295 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

This matter relates to some disputes with respect to construction of building at Noida in Uttar Pradesh. The Construction was not made in terms of the agreement which led to filing of the complaint case.

An affidavit has been filed by the opposite party no.2 that the dispute has been settled outside the Court which the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26533 of 2017 (6) dt.29-11-2017 accused persons have also agreed.

In that view of the matter, let the petitioner, namely, Tejas Raj, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 4295 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
