The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "a. For issuance of writ of mandamus and directions to the respondents to:
b. Grant the first and second Accelerated Career Promotion to the petitioner in terms of Office Order No. Estt. 153/06-94 dated 19.08.2011 (Annexure-3) with retrospective effect and pay consequential benefits with interest;
c. Give pecuniary benefit of Fifth Pay Revision with effect from 1996, which till day has not been paid to the petitions:
Patna High Court CWJC No.6314 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/3 d. Pay the amount of leave encashment for 300 days which was due but has not been paid to the petitioner, e. quashing letter no. Estt. 21/2013-14/852 dated 08.06.2018 (Annexure-2) wherein respondent no. 2 asserted that the amount of gratuity paid to the petitioner is correct whereas in fact Rs. 44,394/- less than his entitlement has been paid, and for issuance of writ of appropriate nature directing the respondents to pay the balance amount of gratuity (44,394/-) to the petitioner. The respondent may be directed to furnish details of calculation, which will clarify petitioner's entitlement.
f. A direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of salary which had not been paid to the petitioner despite direction of the Secretary requisitioning details of arrears of salary vide letter dt. 13.4.17 details of which are as under:- i. Benefit of one increment w.e.f 01.02.1986;
ii. Salary for the period 1.07.2009 to 01.07.2011 iii. Salary for 11 days in July 1999;
iv. Salary for 10 days in July 2000;
v. Salary for 7 days in September 2001 and 20 days in October 2001;
Patna High Court CWJC No.6314 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2023 3/3 vi. Salary for June 2005 and October 2005 (full months); and 20 days in July vii. Salary for 7 days in July 2007; and viii. Salary for June 2008, March2009 and May 2009 (full months).
The salary for the above referred period b to h has not been to the petitioner as yet for no reason."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
