Petitioner was apprehended on 01.06.2015 on account of having been in possession of stolen motorcycle and on account thereof, is under judicial custody since 02.06.2015. Considering the period of detention in consonance with the nature of the allegation petitioner Radheshyam Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Lakhaura Muffasil P.S.
