Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 for the offence under sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the alleged victim are ready to join the wedlock. Referring to the statement of the victim under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. he submits that the victim is a major and she at her own will left the house and later on she returned back willingly. She has expressed desire to join the company of this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25876 of 2020(2) dt.14-10-2020 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XV, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
