Petitioner along with other co-accused were occupying a vehicle which was stolen one and the said vehicle was being driven by one Nand Kishore Bhagat. On apprehension, there happens to be disclosure that vehicle was to be carried to Nepal for its disposal. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 10.08.2016.

In consonance with the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as has been disclosed in para 3 of the petition with a further plea of petitioner being joint occupant, petitioner namely Vikram Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52071 of 2016 (2) dt.02-12-2016 like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. case no. 163 of 2016.
