The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 324, 307/34 and 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation upon the petitioner is that he along with his family members tried to kill the sister of the informant by set fire.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated as he is the husband of the deceased. He submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 04.01.2019. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not
