JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation and its officials has produced before me a copy of cheque said to have been issued in favour of the petitioner for payment of salary for the period during which he had remained under suspension. He has also produced before me a letter dated 07.04.2015, which indicates that the cheque amount relates to payment against "Salary Suspension Allowance" for the period June, 2010 to April, 2011. In the facts and circumstances of the case, it seems that there is no deliberate disobedience of this Court's order dated 24.01.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 694 of 2014.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
