The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hisua P. S. Case No. 99 of 2014 registered under Sections 366-A, 376-D read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as also Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Regard being had to the fact that petitioner is alleged to have ravished the minor girl aged about 17 years after abducting her, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
