The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paliganj P.S.Case No.112/16 registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of I.P.C.

Accusation is of enticing of the minor daughter Neetu Kumari of the informant by co-accused Roshan Thakur and handing her over to the petitioner for the purpose of marriage. It is submitted that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she left her parental house on her own volition and her marriage was solemnized with the petitioner on 28.7.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.22382 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Danapur, in Paliganj P.S. Case No.112/16 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
