JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-04-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed this Court that in this case, the trial has already begun and two prosecution witnesses have been examined so far. Since the trial itself is likely to be concluded now and the materials by way of evidence have been procured by the learned trial court which may be considered only upon conclusion of trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.

The application is, thus, dismissed but with liberty to the petitioners to raise all such pleas which have been taken in this case in course of trial and if such pleas are taken, the
