This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Kotwa P.S. Case No. 460 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution, the petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. The deceased has sustained several injuries, as a result, he died on the spot. Postmortem report shows that cause of death hemorrhage shock death, caused by firearm injury.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is

The trial court is directed to expedite the trail of the cases pending against the petitioner.
