Case No. 109 of 2017 registered under Sections 498A and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner no. 1 is the husband of the informant and other petitioners are family members of petitioner no. 1.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that this is the second FIR with similar accusation and in the earlier case trial is going on.

No.22449 of 2017 (2) dt.25-05-2017 2/2 In the circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the investigating agency to conclude the investigation within a period of three months keeping in view of the fact that with similar accusation the petitioners are facing trail in the earlier case.
