The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 379, 308, 504, 506, 447 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the allegation against the petitioner is of assault on the head of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute and local party politics. There is case and counter case and both sides sustained injuries. Injuries caused by this petitioner is simple.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
