The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 161 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 324, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a history of land dispute between the parties and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that co-accused, namely, Rajeev Kant Jha (husband of the petitioner) has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1135 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact

Case No. 161 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. '
