The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 291C of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a joint compromise petition has been filed by both the parties in the court below and therefore, petitioner may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. It is further submitted that petitioner has no specific role to play in the said occurrence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43234 of 2014 (2) dt.16-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint Case No. 291C of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
