This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 323, 498A, 312, 494 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the informant. He is in custody since 30.03.2016.

Considering the period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mirganj P.S.
