2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 545 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/504/506/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. For a trivial dispute, this occurrence has taken place. Both the sides are agnates.

4. The petitioner is said to have assaulted on the palm of the victim and it has been submitted by Mr. Jha that no offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27270 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 545 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
