This is thus an application seeking anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner Nos. 2,3,4,6 and 7 in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148,149, 341,323,325, 307, 379, 435 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the above, let petitioner nos. 2,3,4,6 and 7 above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Chansoi P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
