The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 3241 (c) of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the petitioner by forged and fabricated documents transferred the land belonging to somebody else to the informant and, as such, the informant could not get the possession of the land despite of the registered document. On the last occasion, this Court directed the petitioner to produce any document to show that the sold lands were standing in his name, however, no document has been produced till date. In such a situation, in my view, it is not a fit case for grant
