This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the order, dated 04.08.2014, passed, in CWJC No.11016 of 2014, by a learned single Judge of this Court. It is not have any dispute that the writ petition, namely, CWJC No.11016 of 2014, has already been dismissed for default by order, dated 16.07.2015.

This appeal has, therefore, become infructuous and shall, accordingly, stand disposed of.
