This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Hathua P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 487, 491 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2020. A complaint petition is the basis for registration of the First Information Report under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Allegedly, the petitioner had collected money from different investors on assurance of being deposited in a Non-Banking Financial Institution, where petitioner was working as agent. He had allured the investors with the assurance of getting high returns and good commission. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

No.21398 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 petitioner has submitted that the complaint petition does not give specifically the details of money given to the petitioner by different investors. He has submitted that though the petitioner had worked of an agent for the Company, he had resigned long back because of non-payment of his salary.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, as noted above, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj, in Hathua P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015.
