Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 451 of 2015 registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 308, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, Amina Khatoon @ Najrin Praveen, levelled allegation that the accused persons were running fruit

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33636 of 2021(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 shops in front of her house. She protested, whereupon accused persons badly assaulted her.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the matter have amicably been resolved between both the parties and they have compromised the case. Xerox copy of the compromise petition has been filed as Annexure-3. The petitioners are persons of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 451 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
