2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of the POCSO Act and Sections 3(1)(e)(s)(w) of the 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (POA) Act.

3. It is a case of rape of a three years old minor girl.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
