JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1714 of 2017 lodged for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the impugned order it appears that prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was not rejected, rather the same was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a compromise petition with the complainant as both the parties were ready to live together within a period of 15 days and the court below shall verify the genuineness of the compromise and thereafter the court below shall pass order in accordance with law but in stead of filing compromise petition,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21626 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 the present case has been filed.

Heard both sides.

In that view of the matter, let petitioner first file an application before the learned Sessions Judge for grant of anticipatory bail.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
