Patna High Court CWJC No.6014 of 2023 dt.03-10-2023 2/2 petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation giving the details about the facts and date on which he had opted for Triple Benefit Scheme in absence of such detail being made in the present writ petition.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University giving specific statement that the petitioner had opted for Triple Benefit Scheme pursuant to the notification which was issued by the University or the State Government from the employees.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
