JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-1015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Araria P.S. Case No. 334 of 2015 registered under Sections 272, 273, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27(b)(ii), 27D of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this court that the shop from which the medicines were recovered belonged to his brother who had been arrested on the spot. Petitioner has been made an accused only because he happens to be the brother.

Be that as it may, as the shop owner has been arrested, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Sawood, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47418 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S.
