JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through video conference. Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter shall be removed, and compliance with the conditions of the notices of this Court with regard to acceptance of e-filing shall be made, without delay immediately after the lockdown ends, and in any event within one month thereof.
2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 323, 379, 504 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely

The petitioners are the mother-in-law and sister-in-law respectively of the deceased. No specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioners and the accusations are general and omnibus in nature. It is submitted that as a matter of fact the deceased lady had given birth to a male child less than a week prior to the date of occurrence, pursuant to which there was loss of blood and she was taken to Nalanda Medical College and Hospital where she did not survive. A statement is made at the Bar that the husband of the deceased was taken into custody and has since been granted bail by the learned court below. The petitioners are ladies and claim clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.
5. Be that as it may, in the event of petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-IV-Cum-A.C.J.M.- IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C, if they are is not otherwise required in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21142 of 2020(2) dt.29-06-2020 3/3 any other case.
6. Office shall ensure that all defects have been removed and compliance with the notices of this Court has been made, within the stipulated time as provided in para 1 hereinabove.
